After completing my Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Management, I started my career in the telecommunications industry, where I discovered my passion for the Internet of Things and digital product development. Since then, I have been dedicated to creating smart, connected solutions – today in healthcare at Fresenius Medical Care. In my role as Senior Product Manager Smart Services, I design global service processes and drive the digital transformation of our business. The resulting solutions not only simplify the daily work of our service technicians but also generate sustainable value for the company. My goal is to shape complex processes in a way that makes them more efficient, intuitive, and economically sustainable – relieving users in their daily work while delivering measurable cost benefits for the organization.
