Rod is a CIMA accountant who for the last 20 years has held a series of senior finance roles within Royal Mail, covering areas such as Financial Control, Investment, Financial Planning and Business Partnering. He has now had a complete change of direction (taking him well outside his comfort zone!) and for the last 12 months has been the Head of Process Simplification within Royal Mail's robotic automation programme.
