Ralf Rouslan Balayan joined the IBM Company as a corporate student in the Master@IBM program. In the master thesis and afterwards he focused on the research and practical use of cognitive technologies in the logistic and production of the Automotive Industry. Throughout his time as an IBM consultant he got insights in every major German Automotive Company and a variety of their suppliers. The current center of his work is directed on the use of artificial intelligence in the supply chain management.
