Since 2018 Milap Patel is Director AI Strategy & Transformation at Ericsson. His focus lies on empowering superior customer experience and achieving relentless efficiency through scaling digital workforce and democratizing Automation & AI across Ericsson. Milap currently leads a program designed to transform Ericsson's operations globally (internal and customer facing) with cognitive technologies. The team has more than 30 professionals on three different continents, working across the all Business and Market Areas of Ericsson. The program is delivering cognitive solutions by successfully establishing technology, process and people to discover, design, develop and deploy solutions across the company.
