Martin Felder is heading the Process Automation Center at Linde Digital & Business Services. In this role he has global responsibility for the implementation and operation of intelligent automation and conversational AI solutions. His teams are working in Germany, Eastern Europe and the Philippines; providing automation services to Linde entities around the globe. Martin has more than 20 years of experience in process improvement, process automation and program management.
