Markus Katila is an operational leader and strategic professional with 15 years’ experience in financial management and information technology. He has been heading global finance process development organization in Kemira Oyj since 2014. He has been delivering together with his team programs across the company globally. These programs range from large scale ERP implementations and process development to business transitions. One of the current major programs is the implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for Finance and Accounting processes in Kemira. Kemira started the RPA journey in the beginning of 2017 and he has since then been working on RPA with the ambition to increase quality, reduce costs and streamline financial processes further.
