The pop of my job is already expressed in the mission statement created: "A passion for Power". This translates into that I am driving forward efficiency and optimal building blocks for the integration in our customer's business, where on one hand in operation you can feel the power utilized - on the other hand with the power of the AI, automation and ITO technology we significantly improve operation and improving business for the benefit and win win position with our customers.

..holds doctorate degree from Technical Resarch University Hamburg-Harburg in SW Automation for Micro Systems; Diploma in Electronics from KIT; in addition business qualifications by INSEAD, Paris and ESMT, Berlin.
..has had fun in intercultural working for:
· Siemens as Senior Manager in Development with mixed signal telecommunication ASIC solutions
· Alcatel in worldwide project and business responsibility for Fixed, Mobile and Voice over IP. Restructuring, and extending business
scope.
· Novar a UK based company: Head of international operations engineering, Program Mgmt.
· Bosch: Head for all Gasoline Control Units Hardware projects worldwide from Acquisition to Delivery. Joining afterwards Central
Strategy with the focus IOT and decentralized Energy Mgmt. Followed by business development for large energy supply solutions -
also held CEO responsibility for the large boiler business. After integration now in the business board of Industrial/Commercial Heat
and Power of Bosch Thermotechnology for large customer applications, covering engineering, research and technology including IOT
Service Business and Sales Tools development.
