With over seven years of experience in innovation and technology management, robotic process automation (RPA), and artificial intelligence (AI), Marek is responsible for building Capgemini’s AI and intelligent automation capability, moving innovation from proof of concept to scalable production through setting up a long-term strategy and a core competence team.

Marek also manages the consultation and delivery of Capgemini’s intelligent automation offering and strategy, and manages Capgemini’s Data Science and Applied AI components portfolio.

Prior to joining Capgemini, Marek was involved with the Bank of Ireland’s digital operations as Innovation Lead, where he was responsible for delivering concepts and production-ready products around AI, RPA, digitalization, blockchain, communication, and interfaces.

Marek’s professional experience is focused on combining hands-on technical and business strategy management, and  previous experience includes managing technology and service delivery for Xerox’s 15 multi-million dollar accounts, managing tactical commercial analytics and the creation of new Internet of Things workflow automation products.

Marek is the co-author of two scientific publications on innovation, knowledge and product management.
