Irfan Ali is heading the Intelligent Automation at Bosch Service Solutions. As a part of this global role, he manages the Automation Hubs at India & Spain, and is evangelizing, steering & co-developing centrally the Intelligent Automation roadmap for Bosch teams and various external customers. Since 2016, he has successfully deployed Global Robotic farm engagements across various Bosch entities and external customers, and a multitude of ERP systems & IT Applications. Additionally, he has been instrumental in democratizing automation at Bosch global. He was pivotal in positioning Bosch as an Automation leader globally and have been recognized & celebrated for its global implementations & automation maturity by renowned establishments : SSON Excellence award 2016 for Robotics, top 10 in EVEREST’s “RPA Pinnacle Enterprise” in 2018, Technology Leadership Award for Automation from Frost & Sullivan in 2019. In the endeavour to building the Automation delivery hubs and the digital workforce, he has engaged in successfully developing Automation Lifecycle frameworks, evaluating the Technology Partner ecosystem, creating Automation Business cases and more importantly, developing and deploying Change Management initiatives – to ensure successful Intelligent Automation implementations.
