Hannes Theisl is working for Erste Group since 20 years now. After long time in payments, where he did some projects and headed some units, he changed to Retails Support. This was the starting point for him to think about digitalization opportunities. Since 4 years he is now 100% dedicated to the target to optimize operations processes by using new technologies. In his today’s position he is in charge of the digitalization and automation of whole Operations division and is the Business Owner of the topics OCR, RPA and AI.
