Eva Quadbeck is responsible for projects and innovation at the Randstad Group Germany. Her focus is managing and evolving the market leader’s portfolio of digital initiatives and projects. Next to implementing RPA in Germany, she facilitates knowledge transfer across global robotics initiatives. In general her focus is on linking strategy, digitization and operations. Before joining Randstad, Eva Quadbeck was a management consultant at PwC, where she advised companies across all industries in governance, risk and compliance.

With approximate 59.500 employees, 550 branch offices in about 300 cities and a turnover of 2.3 billion Euros (2017), Randstad Group is the leading staff services provider in Germany. Randstad provides distinctive service concepts: Besides regular services such as temporary staffing, permanent placement (which we call "staffing"​) Randstad also offers a comprehensive range of other services including: consultants provided on site (Inhouse services), professional services and HR solutions. In 2000, Randstad was already first in the industry to conclude a company agreement with the trade union ver.di. This agreement was served as a basis for the existing collective labour agreement, which applies to the entire industry.
