Enver Cetin is working as Process Automation Lead at Andreas Schmid Group in Augsburg. Before starting at the logistics company in 2021, he was part of Wacker Chemie, being responsible for the development and realization of an RPA operating model, implementation of governance structure, process model, responsibilities, policies and standards as well as design and set-up of a technical RPA-platform. Furthermore, he worked on a model for establishing Automation as a Service in the company as well as the introduction and continuous further development of change management in the context of automation.
