Dr. Daniel Henneke has an Engineering background and a PhD in Innovation, and Strategic Management. He has got about 10 years of experience in the IT and Telco Industry. During this time Daniel worked on implementing a capability-based architecture to guide the evolution of Swisscom Operations. He also led a squad related to implementing data analytics within Operations to improve operational excellence. Currently, Daniel leads the Automation Discovery Team for a Robotics Process Automation Program at Swisscom Operations.
