Dave Fidler is Robotic Process Automation Manager at Co-op UK. As a LEAN Sigma Greenbelt, Dave’s background is primarily in Continuous Improvement. Dave spent 27 years with NatWest/RBS, ending his career there as a CI Analyst in their HR Shared Service Centre.
Moving to Sainsbury’s HR Shared Services, Dave spent 7 years embedding a CI approach and culture, building and managing their Continuous Improvement team.
Dave has been at the Co-op for 2 years and moved into the RPA Manager role following the successful completion of their Proof of Value in 2018.
