Bob Kurpershoek is currently the Head of the Financial Systems Strategy group at NBCUniversal, part of NBCU’s Corporate Controllership Group based out of Amsterdam, London and New York. He is responsible for driving the strategy of NBCU Finance Systems & Data, in support of future Finance requirements. This includes prioritization of investments, optimization of existing systems and creation of a master data strategy.
Previously Bob set up and championed the NBCU Robotic Process Automation program as the Global Process Owner for the Finance automation strategy.
Before his role in Innovations and Strategic Initiatives, Bob was the International Finance Operations Leader and responsible for managing the strategic partnership with the BPO. Bob serves NBCU over 15+ years in several Finance functions and implemented LEAN management and Design Thinking methodology in NBCU Finance. His knowledge of financial processes, outsourcing and innovative mind-set are key for the digital transformation journey of NBCU. Bob holds a BSc degree in Marketing and MBA degree from the University of Amsterdam.
