One hype follows the other and with every new technology and development comes the promise of more efficiency, less costs, and better products. While it is without doubt a ubiquitous reality that no enterprise can move forward or even survive without digitalizing their processes, there is no one-fits-all approach. Therefore, it is of immense importance – especially giving such a fast moving market – to develop a individual and sustainable transformation strategy, that targets the company’s specific need, and does not blindly follow the next new thing.
Téma Benhalima-Bouville, Global Incubation Director at ENGIE introduces in her presentation on the example of some of the company’s projects, how the company has developed and follows it’s own individual innovation strategy.
20 years’ experience in different industrial environments (manufacturing, services, energy…), first in charge of R&D and innovation, then of marketing, strategy and transformation. With her double background (PhD in Physics and Master's Degree in Marketing and Strategy), she led different transformation projects in organizational design, innovation strategy and process, operational performance improvement,…. Currently she is heading the incubation globally at ENGIE.
